We are aware of the growing concern regarding the coronavirus COVID-19 and are closely monitoring its development. Our priority is the health and safety of our attendees, volunteers and staff, and we are taking every precaution to ensure a safe environment for the 2020 ABET Symposium.
At this time, the Symposium will take place as planned March 31-April 1 in Nashville, Tennessee, USA.
We have heard from many of our speakers and registrants that they are planning to attend the Symposium, and we appreciate their continued participation. We understand some corporate/institutional policies, travel restrictions and individual circumstances related to the public health risks of the coronavirus COVID-19 may prevent registrants from attending this year’s event. We respect the decisions of those not able to attend, and we look forward to partnering with them in the future.
We are closely monitoring the coronavirus COVID-19 situation, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations and U.S. Government travel restrictions. Should the risk level change, we will follow the CDC recommendations and inform our attendees immediately. Please refer to the CDC website for the most current information.
