Set in the business district, this upscale hotel is a 3-minute walk from renowned Ryman Auditorium, and an 8-minute walk from the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Featuring marble bathrooms and designer toiletries, the bright rooms provide desks, 55-inch flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi (fee). Suites include living rooms. Dining options include a modern restaurant offering American fare and big-screen sports, as well as a laid-back bar and a coffee shop. Ground Transportation
Directions to the Ground Transportation Center:
Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right.
Follow the sidewalk and pedestrian canopy to Terminal Garage 2. Overhead signs marked GROUND TRANSPORTATION will direct you.
The Ground Transportation Center is on Level 1.
From Nashville International Airport (BNA):
- Limousine and Livery Services now pick up on the inner curb (near the Information Office).

Driving directions
Take I-40 West. Travel 5.1 miles. Take a slight left to stay on I-40 W (signs for Huntsville/Memphis/I-65 S. Travel 1.4 miles and merge onto I-65 N. Travel 0.4 miles and take exit 209A toward US-70/US-70 S/US-431/Broadway. Turn right on Broadway. Travel 0.5 miles and turn left onto 7th Ave. N. Go 1 block and turn right onto to Commerce St. Hotel is on the corner of 7th Ave. and Commerce.

Parking
The primary parking garage utilized by the Renaissance Nashville Hotel located at 151 6th Ave North has been temporarily closed with an unknown reopen date.
During this time the valet stand is open with limited capacity. Valet parking is US$62/day plus tax and includes in/out privileges.
There are many options that are within blocks of the hotel, including the Fifth + Broadway Garage located at 501 Commerce St.
For guests coming from Nashville International Airport (BNA) or for day events, the hotel strongly encourages you to use ridesharing services to get to the hotel.

Within the mobile app, the navigation icons at the bottom of your screen will guide you through all the session descriptions, speaker details and much more. We encourage you to update your profile by clicking your name (found in the “more” icon) and select profile information. From there, you can edit or update your profile by uploading a picture and adding your bio. Once you have completed your profile, you are ready to explore the event. Simply click the schedule icon to view session descriptions where you can filter your search by date, track or both. You can also view and search speakers and direct message other attendees to ask questions and network.
What to Pack
All of our sessions will conveniently be held inside the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. The attire for the Symposium is business casual. We suggest layering a light sweater or jacket to remain comfortable in the venue.

Potential Traffic Delays on Saturday, April 22
The St. Jude Rock ‘n’ Roll Nashville Marathon and Half Marathon will take place on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 7:20 a.m. The 5k and 6.15 races will start at 6:30 a.m. Drivers are encouraged to adjust travel time within and around the race course.
