Gozie Nwabuebo, a thought leader in education, is the architect and lead for Google’s Howard West program. A strategy and programs lead, Gozie is responsible for developing strategies and transformative programs to advance Google’s efforts to build highly-effective and inclusive teams.

Prior to joining Google, Gozie impacted over 200,000 students, as he helped numerous prominent organizations worldwide deliver sustained increases in educational achievement. He founded and served as CEO of T21, a global education technology platform that advanced skills and employment opportunities for youth in emerging markets.  He has founded and led several highly successful mentoring and career readiness programs for high school students in America, Africa and the Middle East.
