Miguel Ángel García Bolaños

Miguel Ángel García Bolaños is Dean of Engineering at Universidad de Cartagena, a large public university in Colombia. He has also served as a faculty member at other universities in Colombia and has industrial experience. He is a candidate for master in strategic management in information technology. He holds certificates and awards for information management and teaching excellence. His research is in the areas of technological needs in ICT field, conceptual models for the design and modeling of e-learning activities and problems related to the learning of mathematics and physics in the faculty of sciences and engineering. He serves on the board of directors of ACOFI, the Colombian Association of Engineering Faculties.
