Mo Hosni

Professor and Director of the University Engineering Alliance, Kansas State University

Mo Hosni, Ph.D., is a professor and director of the University Engineering Alliance at Kansas State University (K-State). He earned his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Mississippi State University. He joined the faculty at K-State in 1991, served as the director of a multidisciplinary research center from 1993 to 2001, and department head of mechanical and nuclear engineering from 2001 to 2008. Hosni served as the ASME vice president for education and is currently serving as a member of the Council on Standards and Certification of ASME. Hosni served as the ABET Executive Committee member, Chair of the Training Committee and is the Editor-2 of EAC. He is a Fellow of ABET, ASME and ASHRAE.
