Monica E. Ospino Pinedo, Ph.D., got her bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar (Colombia) in 2000, her postgraduate degree in educational management from Universidad de San Buenaventura (Colombia) in 2006 and her master’s degree in IT strategic management and software companies in 2014 from UNINI (Puerto Rico). She has been doing research since 2009. She has more than 16 years of experience as a professor in universities. Full-time professor at Universidad de Cartagena since 2015. She has been working in accreditation activities for the Systems Engineering Program at Universidad de Cartagena along with her research in ICT and Software Engineering Project Management, Business Architectures and Smart Cities since 3 years ago.
