A broad background in science and engineering, with adequate training and expertise in engineering, environmental health, occupational and industry safety. He advanced assessment of the undergraduate and graduate programs (online/hybrid) at Oakland University (OU), and he is currently a commissioner for ABET ANSAC and serves on the accreditation council training committee of ABET. He developed strategic partnership with colleges and businesses in the Midwest region of the US, with diversified and cross-functional team, to promote quality degree programs, recruit students, facilitate success through progress tracking and job placement. He is currently the chair of the committee on curriculum – OU School of Health Sciences and a University senator.
