Robert D. Soule, Ph.D., has degrees in chemical engineering and higher education administration. He has worked for the Dow Chemical Company, Clayton Environmental Consultants and Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) where he was full professor and chair of the Safety Sciences Department. He has been associated with ABET for more than 30 years, from working to have IUP’s Safety Sciences program accredited, serving as program evaluator or team chair for more than 20 site visits, and participating as a member of the Executive Committee of the Applied and Natural Science Accreditation Commission (ANSAC). He currently is Past-Chair of ANSAC.
