Supporting the local San Diego community
As part of the 2025 ABET Symposium, we’re partnering with Surfrider for an afternoon of environmental impact. Surfrider has removed 63,679 pounds of trash and completed 943 beach cleanups as of April 2024, and now you can be part of their mission to protect our oceans!
DETAILS
Date & Time: Wednesday, April 2, 2025, 2-4 p.m. PDT
Location: Mission Beach, San Diego (near Belmont Park)
Transportation: Provided from the Hilton San Diego Bayfront to Mission Beach
Attire: Wear comfortable, breathable clothes, closed-toe shoes, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and bring a reusable water bottle.
This event is FREE and limited to the first 100 registrants. You can sign up for beach cleanup when you register for the Symposium.
